4 stars is good, I almost never give 5 But I am going to give you my take on the service call. First, I left a message and we were called back within about an hour. The service man was here within about another hour and a half. So far so good.
The serviceman Kevin was knowledgeable and open with all of our options. I Didn't feel like I was just being sold something. If I we're to have a problem in the future we will call this company, and purchase our AC unit through them.
